Eucharistic Readings-Monday Mass

I shall ask the Father and God will give you another Advocate to be with you for ever,

that Spirit of truth whom the world can never receive since it neither sees nor knows God; but you know that Spirit, because it is with you, it is in you. 

I will not leave you orphans; I will come back to you. 

In a short time the world will no longer see me; but you will see me, because I live and you will live. 

On that day you will understand that I am in my Father and you in me and I in you.

…I have said these things to you while I am Sunday still with you;

but the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and remind you of all I have said to you. 

Peace I bequeath to you, my own peace I give you, a peace the world cannot give, this is my gift to you.  Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.
