Directions from I-40 (Eastbound or Westbound)

  1. Get off of I-40 at Exit 157A, in Albuquerque, NM.
  2. Get on Rio Grande Boulevard going South.
    • From I-40 Eastbound, this is a right turn.
    • From I-40 Westbound, it is a left turn.
  3. The Hotel Albuquerque is located at 800 Rio Grande Boulevard. It will be on your left.

Directions from I-25 (Northbound or Southbound)

  1. Get off of I-25 at Exit 225, in Albuquerque, NM.
  2. Get on Lomas Boulevard going West.
  3. After passing through downtown, merge left onto Central Avenue.
  4. Shortly after, turn right onto Rio Grande Boulevard. You will see a Walgreens and a sign for "Old Town" on your right.
  5. Go straight past Mountain Boulevard.
  6. The Hotel Albuquerque is located at 800 Rio Grande Boulevard. It will be on your right.

Alternate Directions

  1. Take I-25 to I-40 Westbound, at Exit 226.
  2. Follow the directions from I-40, above.

  1. Go North on 1st Street (a right turn from the front of the station).
  2. Turn Left on Central Avenue.

About the Conference Hosts

The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC), located in Albuquerque,New Mexico, was founded in 1987 by Franciscan Father Richard Rohr who saw the need for a training/formation center that would allow spiritually seeking people to balance social action with contemplation, and contemplation with social action. Committed to offering a constructive message of the Gospel that crosses boundaries of religion, ethnicity, social class and gender, the CAC provides numerous programs and resources aimed at offering hope, inspiration and spiritual challenge.
