to: CAC, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195-2464 ~Registration Cancellation Policy~There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all registrants. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to be considered. Please email your request to register@cacradicalgrace.org or mail to: CAC, Attn: Cancellations, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195-2464. In the event you are unable to attend, you have a choice of one of the following options: • Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee, providing that you provide complete registration information for your substitute. – OR – • You may transfer the registration fees paid, less the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant, towards another CAC-sponsored program, or use towards purchases from Mustard Seed — the CAC Resource Center, within two years. – OR – • If you would like a refund, and your cancellation is received by Friday, December 15, 2006, there will be a $25 processing fee per registrant, in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit. The refund option is not available after December 15. Please note that no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee. Group RegistrationGroups of 10 or more individuals registering together can receive a discounted conference rate. Group registrations must be submitted by mail or fax on the group registration forms with full payment. Refer to instructions sheet for full details. Download the printable forms below.
Scholarship ApplicationThe Center for Action and Contemplation has tried to make this event affordable for everyone, however, we realize that there are some interested persons who could benefit from scholarship assistance. Limited funds are available for scholarship assistance with program registration fees only. A scholarship application form must be submitted and a response will be given within two weeks.
