Job Title:  Resource Center Manager

Reports to:  Director of Operations

Duties and Responsibilities (full time position):

The Resource Center (RC) is a primary communication vehicle for producing and distributing the teachings of Fr. Richard Rohr ofm, and many of the world renowned spiritual guides who have joined him at one of the Center’s conferences. Developing these talks into audio and video products while maintaining the integrity of the teachings is paramount.
The RC Manager is responsible for the growth and financial viability of the CAC Resource Center. This includes: developing and executing a comprehensive business plan; implementing and managing financial reporting and controls; managing existing and potential distribution.

Skill Set (Qualifications):

• Must make a commitment to uphold the mission of the Center for Action and Contemplation 
• Ability to develop and lead a marketing plan
• Knowledge and experience in the publishing or multi-media bookstore field including web-based marketing and graphic design standards
• Possess basic negotiation and contract skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office software
• Proven ability to effectively lead and direct staff
• Experience in leading all aspects of a small business unit
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a sustained level of energy and be flexible to the needs of the organization
